Follow complete journeys

Start at the home page and follow the paths a customer would take. Check service information, project pages, and contact options. Every call to action should lead somewhere useful.

Check content and assets

Replace temporary copy, verify contact details, and review image quality. Page titles and descriptions should describe the actual page. Remove unsupported claims and make sure portfolio descriptions accurately reflect the work.

Test outside your own screen

Use narrow viewports, keyboard navigation, and enlarged text. Check focus indicators, form labels, readable contrast, and image dimensions. A layout should remain useful when conditions are different from the designer’s monitor.

Plan for maintenance

Record where content lives, how the site is built, and how to recover from a failed deployment. Confirm who maintains domain, hosting, and contact integrations. A clear handover is part of a good launch.
